Burchell Porter is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, CISSP-certified cybersecurity leader, and AI governance advisor. With more than 30 years of experience in technology leadership, cybersecurity, and operational governance, he brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to AI readiness for school districts and government agencies.

His work is grounded in a conviction most technology advisors overlook: AI failures are rarely technology failures. They are leadership, governance, and organizational readiness failures. Burchell’s assessments are designed to find those gaps before they become incidents — and to build the governance structures that prevent them.

Through Raiwtid AI, Burchell works directly with superintendents, agency directors, board members, and cabinet officials — building executive-level AI readiness that holds up to public scrutiny, regulatory review, and community accountability.
